Midway, Utah

Midway, Utah is sandwiched between several state parks and recreational areas in the Heber Valley, offering plenty of things to do and even hosts an annual festival.

Location
Midway lies between the Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Ranges in the Heber Valley, just a few miles north of Deer Creek Reservoir off US-189/US-40. It is 18 miles south of Park City.

Activities
Most of the activities found around Midway are associated with the Wasatch-Uinta Mountain Ranges. Nearby reservoirs are perfect for boating, swimming, water-skiing and fishing. Hundreds of camping areas are located in the vicinity and land-based activities include everything from cross-country skiing to snowmobiling, hiking, and rail and road tours.

Attractions
Deer Creek Reservoir and State Park is just a few miles south of Midway and is a haven for boaters, windsurfers, campers and fisherman. $10 for day use. Overnight camping fees average around $15 - $25.
